Welcome aboard.

“Sorry, I can’t take you to the airport.” That’s a friend. “I’ve been tracking your flight, I’m outside.” That’s me. People pay me for the second sentence: everything here is a concierge service first, and a flight, a crew or a preparation second.

  • Corporate Flight Attendant
  • Private-cabin trained in London
  • Silver service
  • Concierge service for premium clients
  • Pilot and aircraft papers checked before every flight
  • The price before you pay; the date falls through, you get it back

About me

I am Mateusz Tomczak, an aviation professional from Poland. I love aviation from every angle: the cabin, the flight deck and the operation behind every departure.

I grew up in Włocławek and studied law for two years. I still like it: reading a rule closely, interpreting it, understanding why it says what it says. But I couldn't see myself behind a desk for the next thirty years. Law left me one habit: I never go out without an umbrella. You get one too: our terms, built on the Civil Code and consumer law. If circumstances ever get in the way of the date you chose, we simply move it to one that suits you.

The airlines didn't say yes straight away. I went to about twenty recruitments; at Emirates and Etihad I made it to the final interview, and Qatar Airways hired me. Every no taught me something. I kept going, and I'll help you keep going too.

With Qatar Airways I flew long and short haul, and passengers named me in Kafou awards. What they wrote about was the same thing every time: I look after, with heart, the people who sometimes need help the most, children, expectant mothers, passengers with medical needs, the animals on board. The way a real concierge would. In April 2026 I trained for the private cabin in London, and I'm learning to fly at Warsaw-Babice.

“I know that I know nothing.”Socrates

I try to stay humble, and I take that literally: I don't assume what a person wants, whether they own the aircraft, fly in it, buy it or are preparing for an interview. I listen, I note it and I keep it, so next time we start where we left off.

I also DJ, as MOMENTUM, which taught me what an artist needs before and after a show, and not to be starstruck.

Persistence

I know what a no feels like, and what to do the next morning: take the lesson and go again.

Discretion

A quiet record of what each person likes, kept in strict confidence. Two years of law: precise language, confidentiality, ready to work under NDA.

Languages and cultures

Polish native, English fluent, Spanish B2. Working in multicultural crews, with guests from the Gulf, Europe and Asia, taught me cultural awareness: religious meals and needs (halal, kosher, fasting, prayer times) and customs that differ from guest to guest. Law and music help me understand people from business, public life and the arts.

Flight deck literacy

I'm training for my pilot's licence, so I follow the crew briefing in the pilots' own terms and plan service around the flight, not against it.

Flight attendant and cabin crew recruitment · peer-to-peer

Want to travel the world and get paid for it?

Just finishing school and not sure where to start? Or ready to swap a desk for something completely different? I'll help you into the cabin as a flight attendant: from your first application to your first roster, and after it.

I've sat in the candidate's chair about twenty times: LOT, Wizz Air, Ryanair and Buzz, Enter Air, Riyadh Air, Emirates, Etihad, Qatar Airways and ACMI carriers. I know how the day runs, what the recruiters are listening for, and where people get cut: the group task, the one-minute pitch, the final interview. Whether the advert says flight attendant, cabin crew, air hostess or air host, the assessment works the same way. We work on the facts, the answers and the mindset, so you walk in calm.

  • Before you applyA CV and photos that fit the airline. Grooming without judgement: how to get it right, and how the standards differ from airline to airline.
  • Before the assessmentThe video interview, the open day, the group task, the one-minute pitch, the final interview. What to say, and what not to.
  • After the assessmentA debrief, whatever the result: what the recruiters saw, what to change, when to apply again.
  • Before you startWhat to expect on initial training, a first look at aviation law, how your roster will work, the style of flying at different airlines and roughly what to expect from the contract.
  • Once you flyPeer support: someone to talk to after a tough flight or a tense month, from the industry but not from your company. What you tell me stays between us, so it can't follow you into your career.

The questions you get before our session

49 questions asked at open days and assessment days: Emirates, Etihad, Qatar Airways, Riyadh Air, LOT, Wizz Air, Ryanair and Buzz, Enter Air. Six groups: motivation, character, teamwork, the passenger and service, pressure, initiative. With each one: what the recruiter is really checking and how to build your answer from your own story. They come from my own notes, written down after my own airline interviews and assessment days, the ones I passed and the ones I didn’t, and worked through afterwards to see what each question was really testing. Not a list copied from a forum. Three of them:

  • “Tell me about yourself.”
  • “Why do you want to work for our airline?”
  • “Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult guest. What happened, what did you do and what was the outcome?”

The full pack, with hints and a practice mode with a timer, is £10 on its own and opens the moment you pay; with the complete preparation it is included.

A rejection does not make you a bad fit. I was turned down more than once before I flew; on that day the airline was looking for something else. Plenty of people get in on the second or third attempt, once they know what to change. I care how the people I've helped do in aviation long after the assessment, so the door stays open.

Help from your peer

Hands-on preparation with someone who has sat in that waiting room, on first-name terms, the way this industry works. Online or in person.

The 49 open-day questions£10

On your own, right now: every question with what the recruiter checks and how to build your answer, plus the practice mode with a timer. From my own interview notes, not from a forum. In your member area the moment you pay, for a year.

Go on to the complete preparation later and this amount comes off.

  • The 49 questions with hints, before the session
  • A debrief after your assessment, whatever the result

You pay when you book: the confirmation comes by e-mail.

Up to 24 hours before the session I confirm the time or offer a new one, as fast as I can. A session may move because of circumstances beyond my control or a client who suddenly needs me on a flight; then you pick a new time, and I remember your booking and help you however I can, even before we meet.

For operators, flight departments and owners

The cabin is ready before your guests reach the steps.

Private-cabin trained in London, fine-dining trained in Warsaw, long and short haul with a five-star airline, and a freelance trip on a Gulfstream G450. Safety comes first in every cabin I work in; service is where I like to go further.

£380 a day + £65 per diem, the positioning ticket at cost; booked directly, with no agency in between. Mark the days and pay in full, or half now and the rest by pro forma; the contract is in your inbox straight away, no back-and-forth.

Mark the days of the trip or rotation

  • Prep starts before I step on board.Catering checked, garnishes, napkins and bedding ready, cabin spotless before the owner arrives.
  • Business-jet cabins and galleys studied type by type.JetPano virtual tours mean I know the galley before the first trip, not during it.
  • The aircraft received properly.I read the notes from the previous flight and speak to the crew who left it. I ask maintenance, or whoever knows the aircraft best, what it does on a bad day: a sink that freezes at altitude, a coffee maker with a temper. Nothing surprises me on board.
  • Handed back properly. After the flight the cabin is cleaned to the grooming manual and handed over with notes and photographs sent to whoever is responsible for the aircraft. The next crew starts where I finished, and there is a record of it.
  • Menus built around the flight.Chosen with the caterer available at that airport, within the time and budget there is. Menu cards list allergens.
  • Plating, table setting and wine service.Silver service and fine dining in Warsaw; plating with Deluxe Catering and wine technique with Libby Brodie of Bacchus & Brodie in London.
  • Children, guests who need special assistance and pets.Looked after with patience and calm.

One business: aviation

Three doors, and I open each one.

Whichever you take, the aim is the same: smooth, hassle-free and worth remembering. Pick a door and a date: it takes a minute.

For operators and owners

Freelance cabin crew for private and corporate jets.

For demanding people who know exactly what they want, and for those who expect nothing special, until they see the difference. Nothing has to be asked for twice.

In aviation the question is when, not where: send me the dates.

What that means on board
  • Catering, cabin and bedding ready before the first guest boards.
  • The aircraft received with the previous crew's notes and handed back with photographs.
  • Children, special assistance and pets looked after; everything under NDA if you wish.

For passengers, general aviation

Scenic flights, air taxi and transfers, from a grass strip to a jet.

A first flight for a child, a Sunday over the coast, a weekend at a festival. You pick the date and the airfield on the map, I find the aircraft and the pilot, and we settle the rest in one call.

Need to get from one city to another today, last minute? Tap, pick the airfield on the map, I take it from there →

What it really costs
  • A 30-minute scenic flight for 3 people: about £47 each, booking fee included.
  • Air taxi: pick where from and where to, and the estimate appears as you choose; the rest we agree after you book.
  • If the weather says no, we move the flight or you get your money back.

Aircraft and people

Aircraft purchase and sale, and interview preparation for future cabin crew.

Buying or selling an aircraft: I introduce the two sides and keep the paperwork moving, the way I did with premium property. Facing a cabin crew assessment: help from a peer who sat in the same waiting room, on first-name terms.

I walk the hangars and hear early who is selling; I have been through about twenty airline recruitments myself.

How it works
  • Aircraft: you tell me what, where and for how much; I shortlist, introduce and read the contract with you.
  • Interviews: your CV, grooming and an assessment day rehearsal before the day, a debrief after it, a call once you fly.
  • Interview preparation: everything for £120, paid when you book. Aircraft: my fee agreed in writing before anything starts.

Available now in Europe, advance booking worldwide. Tell me where we fly tomorrow.

One high standard for everyone.

For passengers

Want to fly? Pick the kind of flight.

Three kinds of flight, one rule: you pick the day, the time and the airfield, my pricing assistant estimates the full cost as you choose, and you reserve online in a minute. I find the aircraft and the pilot or operator.

Pick the day you'd like to fly

Scenic flight

Fifteen to sixty minutes over your town, the coast or the lakes, in Poland or anywhere in Europe, from the nearest airfield. Plane or helicopter. A gift, a proposal, a memorable arrival at a festival. Children too: a healthy three-year-old can take a short scenic flight, with their own seat and belt and a child-size headset.

Full cost, estimated≈ £47per person

30 minutes, 3 people, booking fee included. You pay £33 when you reserve; my pricing assistant gives you your own estimate as you choose.

Book me too, your concierge at the airfield: I meet you at the airfield, look after the details and stay until you land. For the moments that should stay in the memory: a red carpet at the aircraft, flowers, a gift handed over the way we agree, catering or a glass of something on landing, a photographer, a car waiting at the apron. £60, paid with the booking fee; the extras at cost, agreed in writing. Choose it when you book.

Reserve a scenic flight

Air taxi, cost-shared

From A to B across Poland in a light aircraft, with an experienced private pilot who shares the direct costs with you, from any airfield, grass or concrete. Europe with more lead time. Helicopter when the destination asks for it: the Hel peninsula in July, a festival weekend, a wedding by a lake. Gather more friends: more fun, less per head and a longer flight within reach; the rules allow up to six people to share the costs, pilot included, so up to five passengers when the aircraft has the seats.

Your estimatethe moment you pick the route

You pay £33 when you reserve; the flight's costs you share with the pilot, and we agree the details after you book.

Book me too, your concierge at the airfield: I meet you at the airfield, look after the details and stay until you land. On request: a red carpet, flowers, a gift or a surprise handed over the way we agree, catering, a photographer, a car waiting at the apron. £60, paid with the booking fee; the extras at cost, agreed in writing. Choose it when you book.

Reserve an air taxi

Transfer and charter

More people, a jet or a turboprop, a fixed schedule, abroad: anywhere in the world, with a helicopter transfer at either end if you like. From where, to where, when and how many. Cargo only works as well: an artwork, duty-free purchases, parts that have to be somewhere tomorrow, legally and with the paperwork, no passengers on board. I check the airport's runway, handling and catering, pick the aircraft type and get quotes from licensed operators.

Estimated, whole aircraft≈ £11,000–18,000

Warsaw to Nice by light jet, up to 7 people, one way, my fee included. You pay £615 when you reserve and I start on the quotes straight away. My fee is 10% of the operator's price, shown separately in the offer; the £615 counts towards it and the rest is paid upfront when you accept the offer. If I find no aircraft for your date, you get the whole fee back.

Book me too: on board, as your cabin crew. Add it from the extras when you book.

Reserve a charter
A yellow helicopter in flight against a summer sky
Plane or helicopter: you choose when booking.

Why book through me

I match the flight to you: the airfield nearest you, the aircraft that fits your group, the soonest suitable date and the best price I can find. I'm in direct contact with pilots who fly their own aircraft, so last minute often works too: a pilot with a free aircraft that day, or one heading your way anyway, and you pay only your share of the costs. My booking fee is one amount for the whole booking, not per person: on a scenic flight for three it comes to £11 each. If the flight can't go ahead on your day, we move it or you get your money back.

At a village fête I've seen people pay for two and a half minutes in a helicopter what thirty minutes over your own town costs here.

Safety comes first

Flying is the safest way to travel because it runs on checks, and I add my own. Before I put you on board, I check the papers myself: the pilot's licence, medical certificate and recent flying hours, the aircraft's airworthiness documents and passenger insurance; for a charter, the operator's air operator certificate (AOC). Before every flight the pilot checks the aircraft and the weather and decides with safety in mind, not the schedule. Worried about flying, for yourself or your child? Tell me: we'll choose a calm time of day, a short first flight and a pilot who explains everything before take-off.

Say it in the air

A dinner is lovely. A proposal over your city at golden hour, just the two of you and a pilot who is in on it, is the story you'll both tell for years. Tell me it's a proposal when you book: I plan the route over a place that means something to you, brief the pilot and, if you like, have flowers and a photographer waiting when you land. Weddings too: arrive by helicopter, or start the honeymoon with a flight.

Visiting Poland? A local concierge on your side

I'm Polish and I live here. I know which airfield fits, which operator picks up on a Sunday, how long the drive from Kraków to Zakopane takes in snow and what to do when a plan changes. Write to me in English, or in your own language and I'll translate. I deal with the Polish side: pilots, operators, drivers, catering. One person who answers, instead of five companies you've never heard of.

What my 10% pays for

A few clear messages instead of a week of e-mails. I collect quotes from licensed operators, check their air operator certificate and insurance, compare like with like and send you only the offers worth your time. Then I coordinate handling, catering, transfers and changes with the operator. You spend the day on your meeting or your holiday, not on logistics.

For hotel concierges, villa managers and event agencies

Your guest asks for a flight. You have one number.

A scenic flight over Kraków at golden hour, a helicopter to Zakopane, an air taxi to the coast, a jet home on Sunday: send it to me and get back to your desk. I answer in English within 30 minutes, I confirm in writing who flies and what it costs, and if you like I meet your guest at the airfield, with a red carpet, flowers or a surprise ready when the occasion calls for it, and stay until they land. The pilot's and the aircraft's papers are checked before every flight; if the weather says no, the guest gets the money back.

For every guest you send: a thank-you of £20 for a scenic flight or an air taxi, and 10% of my fee on a charter. Paid after the flight, with a short note of who it was for.

Charter flights are operated by licensed air operators (AOC holders). Aircraft purchase and sale

Looking for the right aircraft, or for a buyer?

Sales is where I started: premium property, where a deal is a relationship that survives a difficult conversation. I bring that to aircraft. I introduce the two sides, read the contract with you and keep the process moving so it does not stall between a viewing and a signature.

Why me? I live and breathe aviation. I walk the hangars and fly from airfields across Poland, and at industry events like the Bombardier Flight Attendant Safety Summit in Nice I talk to the people who run cabins and flight departments. Around the airfields you hear early who wants to sell and who is looking. You tell me where you are and where the aircraft should be, so nobody repositions a machine across an ocean for nothing.

  • Contracts and negotiationTwo years of law school and property deals negotiated from the first viewing to the signed contract, with a written reference from the company's CEO. Precise language, no surprises in the small print.
  • Air law and the basics of the tradeEASA PPL(A) ground school completed in full: air law, aircraft general knowledge, performance and flight planning, meteorology (ATO Avioner, certificate OSL 95/2026). I understand what a logbook, an ARC and a runway length mean for the deal.
  • For buyersWhat you want to fly, how far and how often, and a budget. I search the market, shortlist and arrange viewings. A £385 retainer starts the search and counts towards my fee of 3% of the price; if in the time we set I find nothing that meets your criteria, you get it back.
  • For sellersA listing presented properly, buyers introduced, and the questions answered before they become objections. Nothing upfront: 5% of the sale price, at least £1,920, when it sells.
  • The paperworkDocuments, pre-buy inspection and registration kept on schedule with the people who do them.
  • Honest scopeI act as an intermediary. Technical inspections, valuations and legal opinions go to licensed specialists, named to you. Everything under NDA if you wish.

Questions I get asked

Do you work freelance, and how quickly can you be at the aircraft?

Yes. Single trips, rotations and longer contracts, from Poland or from wherever the aircraft is. Within 30 minutes of a flight notice I have the airport, handling and FBO details in hand.

Which aircraft do you know?

I study business-jet cabins and galleys type by type on JetPano virtual tours before a trip, so the galley is familiar on the first flight. I've flown freelance on a Gulfstream G450. My line flying was on wide-body and narrow-body airliners with Qatar Airways; the private cabin is what I trained for in London.

Do you prepare the catering and the menu?

Yes. I order with the caterer available at that airport, to the passengers' preferences, lead time and budget. I check what arrives, plate and present it, and the menu cards list allergens.

Can you arrange a charter or a scenic flight for me?

Yes, as an intermediary. You tell me from where, to where, when and how many. I find the closest convenient airport, match the aircraft to your party and to what the airport allows, and bring back quotes from licensed operators. The operating carrier is named in every quote, and my fee is shown next to its price.

What are the rules for a cost-shared flight?

EU rules let a private pilot share the direct costs of a flight with up to five passengers; the pilot pays a share and makes no profit. That covers air taxi and most scenic flights in light aircraft. Anything beyond that, a paid charter, a jet, a fixed schedule, is a commercial flight and goes to a licensed operator. I tell you which is which before you decide, and my service fee for the introduction is shown separately.

Can a child fly? Even a three-year-old?

Yes. A healthy child with no medical contraindication can take a scenic flight; Polish and EU rules set no minimum age for a passenger in a light aircraft or a helicopter, the pilot decides. Every passenger, a child included, has a seat and a belt, so for a small child we choose an aircraft with a suitable seat, and a child-size headset protects their ears. A first flight is short, fifteen to twenty minutes, in smooth morning or evening air. A cold, an ear or sinus infection on the day: we move the date, free. Minors fly with a parent or guardian.

Can I propose during a scenic flight?

Yes, and it's one of my favourite bookings. Tell me it's a proposal when you book: I plan the route with you, brief the pilot so the moment is yours, and if you like, have flowers and a photographer waiting after landing. A four-seater or a helicopter takes the two of you and a photographer.

I'm a hotel concierge. Can I send you my guests?

Yes, that is exactly what the aviation concierge is for. One number for scenic flights, helicopter transfers, air taxi and charters anywhere in Poland: you write in English, I answer within 30 minutes, confirm the pilot or the operator and the price in writing, and meet the guest at the airfield if you like. For every guest you send there is a thank-you: £20 for a scenic flight or an air taxi, 10% of my fee on a charter, paid after the flight. Keep magnifly.services/concierge in your notes.

I'm visiting Poland. Can you help on the ground?

Yes. I'm Polish and I live here: I arrange the flight, the transfer and catering to your diet, and I deal with the Polish side of it all, in English. Tell me when you book that you'd like me there, and I'll meet you at the airfield.

Is my payment safe? What happens after I pay?

You pay through the payment page: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, BLIK in złoty, or crypto; the payment provider sends you a receipt. Paying concludes the contract, and right after it the contract with your details comes to your e-mail, with the terms attached. Then I call you back, and for a flight I confirm in writing who flies and the cost. If the flight can't go ahead on your date, because of the weather or anything on my side, we move it or you get your money back, your choice. Interview preparation: up to 24 hours before the session I confirm the time or offer a new one. The details are in our terms.

What do you charge?

Two kinds of price and nothing in between. Small and instant: the 49 open-day questions with hints, £10, open the moment you pay; my booking fee, £33 for a scenic flight and £33 for an air taxi, for the whole booking, not per person, while the cost of the flight is split with the pilot, who pays a share too; me at the airfield with you, £60, paid with the fee. Personal and premium: the complete interview preparation, £120, paid when you book, with your CV for the airline, grooming, an assessment day rehearsal, the questions, a debrief, your member area and the guarantee that if the airline says no, I prepare you for the next assessment at no charge. Flights: as you choose, my pricing assistant next to the map estimates the full cost. Charter: my fee is 10% of the operator's price, at least £615, shown separately in the offer; you pay £615 when you reserve and the rest when you accept the offer, before the flight; if I find no aircraft, you get it all back. With a charter you can add me on board as the steward at a day rate 25% lower, a return flight at my fee of 7% and coordination at the airports; you pay for them with the offer. Cabin crew: £380 a day plus £65 per diem, booked directly with no agency in between; the booked days paid upfront, in full or half now and the rest by pro forma before the first day; the positioning ticket at cost. Aircraft: finding one for you starts with a £385 retainer that counts towards 3% of the price; selling yours costs nothing upfront, 5% of the price once it sells, at least £1,920. How can I pay?

Any way you like: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, BLIK in złoty, bank transfer on a pro forma invoice, or crypto: Bitcoin, USDC or Monero. Prices are shown in złoty, euro, pounds or dollars: pick yours in the language menu. Cabin crew days booked a week or more ahead can be paid in two parts, half now and the rest by pro forma. However you pay, the contract comes to your e-mail.

Can I pay with crypto?

Yes: Bitcoin, USDC or Monero. When you book, choose "or pay with crypto". You get a wallet address for your booking alone and the exact amount at the current rate; once the payment arrives, the contract comes to your e-mail, just as with a card.

How do I prepare for a cabin crew assessment day or open day?

Read the airline's requirements twice, bring the exact documents and photos they ask for, and practise three things: a one-minute introduction that sounds like you, a group task where you listen as much as you talk, and honest answers to the usual questions about service, safety and difficult passengers. I've been through about twenty of these days, with LOT, Wizz Air, Ryanair and Buzz, Enter Air, Riyadh Air, Emirates, Etihad, Qatar Airways and ACMI carriers, and I help candidates prepare before the day, as a peer, debrief them after it and stay in touch once they fly.

What do Emirates, Etihad and Qatar Airways ask at the open day?

Mostly the same families of questions: why this airline, why cabin crew, tell me about yourself, and situations from your own work: a difficult guest, a conflict in the team, pressure, a time you helped someone. They listen for real examples, told briefly and honestly, not learned answers. In the preparation pack you get 49 such questions, grouped, with what the recruiter checks and how to build your answer; three of them are in the interview preparation section above.

Can I see references?

References are available on request, and passengers named me in Kafou awards at Qatar Airways. The full CV and portfolio, with certificates, I send after a short call: you can request it in the portfolio section above.

I already fly. Can I talk to you after a tough flight?

Yes. A difficult flight, a tense month, a question you would rather not ask at work: we talk as colleagues, outside your company, and what you tell me stays between us. If you prepared with me, book it in your member area; if not, just write. It's peer support, not therapy or legal advice.
